Quality of life improvements

1. Improved Escape key behavior

Pressing Esc to stop a recording or close the Writing Assistant window no longer propagates the key press to other applications. It now cleanly closes the window without triggering unwanted actions elsewhere.

2. "Writing Assistant" terminology

We've renamed "AI shortcuts" to Writing Assistant throughout the app to better reflect its purpose and provide more clarity.

3. Smoother updates

Background updates now install automatically, keeping you on the latest version without interruptions.

4. Smarter shortcut logic

We've improved the shortcut validation logic. You can no longer assign the same shortcut to both "Dictation" and the "Writing Assistant," preventing conflicts and confusion.

5. Onboarding refinements

We've further polished the onboarding experience to help new users get up and running with Snaply even faster.
