Snaply, including all software and content provided, is the property of Snaplyand is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

Snaply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snaply shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Zurich, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
