1. Better error handling

If a transcription fails, the audio is now still saved in your recent transcriptions. No more losing recordings.

2. Detailed error messages

You will now see a modal explaining what went wrong and giving more context about the error, instead of just a generic failure message. This should make debugging issues easier.
